Team

Langemeiers

Scott and Mani Langemeier serve from Switzerland, helping people take meaningful steps toward God’s plan for their lives. Through Bridge Steps, they build bridges across cultures and communities by organizing short-term outreach trips, developing missional communities, and offering coaching. They create opportunities for spiritual growth, guide individuals to discover their God-given calling, and inspire people to live out their faith boldly, impacting neighborhoods, workplaces, and beyond with the love of Christ.

Monteros

Mauro and Brittany Montero serve from the USA, building bridges between churches to carry out missionary activities both locally and internationally. They also connect and support Hispanic organizations and churches in Indiana.

Nuñez

Warry and Débora Núñez serve from Spain with the vision of using their gifts to glorify God by impacting and building bridges between the Spanish church, refugees, and new generations with God. They develop four areas of ministry: Strengthening the Spanish Church, Refugee Outreach, Missionary Agency, Community House, and Discipleship.

Urbinas

Abner and Lucía Urbina serve from Costa Rica, and wherever they are, their passion is mobilization. They build bridges between believers and the purpose God allows us to have in His plan. They also connect them with the possibilities of serving the Lord in different contexts. They are currently developing an initiative that aims to empower young people to evangelize in their own contexts in a courageous and creative way.

Kylie Kempf

Kylie Kempf experienced God’s call to missions during Reach Cancun 2025 and now serves with Bridge Steps in Málaga, Spain. Kylie is passionate about seeing lives transformed as individuals encounter Jesus and step into their calling to impact their communities with His love.
